A car tour with driver/guide towards the Northern beaches and roças. Visit the charming colonial farm of Roça Bela Vista and the historic site of Fernão Dias, stroll through the savannah of the north coast, stop for a swim in Tamarindo Beach and learn about the sea turtles in Morro Peixe. On the West coast admire the magnificent Blue Lagoon, a stunning beach with golden sand and blue water, idyllically set in a cove of volcanic rocks and framed by several baobab trees. Make a stop at the terrace of Ecolodge Mucumbli to enjoy lunch with fantastic views over the Ocean.
In the afternoon, visit the landing site of the very first Portuguese sailors on the island, then continue along the wild West coast to the fishing village of Santa Catarina.
On the way back, visit Agostinho Neto, the oldest and largest cocoa plantation on the island, proudly displaying the unmistakable Portuguese colonial architecture.
